Little is known about this jersey. It was gifted from one UK collector to another and then sold on to me in 2024. While Priestlay played in Pittsburgh for the previous two seasons (winning two Stanley Cups) he played in the IHL for the entirety of the 1992/93 season. Looking at the stitching, Stanley Cup patch and markings on the label and fight strap however, there is no doubt that this jersey was a part of the Penguins set for the season. It is also signed by Priestlay on the strap.
